Why didn't you hit me back last night?

& I hope this doesn't cause another stupid fight,
because us fussing and cussing over nothing could never make it right,

selfish me, maybe too attached to what I wanted forever,
I didn't even notice the fact that we were slowly but surely detaching,

2015's color of the year: Marsala
Marsala is not only the name of my BESTEST friend (Marcella, lol, which I have a funny little story about that...) but it is also 2015's color of the year. Marsala is like a deep shade of red with a hint of brown... Somewhat similar to burgundy but with more pizzazz. Because us ladies are all about pizzazz! This color is PERRRRRFECT for Winter 2015 because the color goes good with all skin tones. Be looking forward to seeing Marsala EVERYWHERE 2015.
-Marsala colored items would also be ideal Christmas gifts for you and the fam... hint, hint!
SN: (Okay, the funny story about Marsala... So I'm in class researching and typing up my trend report for my final in Merchandising Math and my best friend Marcella sends me a text asking what I'm doing... So I'm like nothing typing up this trend report on the popular fall 2014 colors and she responds.. "I'm a 2014 trending color.." right, and as soon as I read the text the next color that popped up was 'Marsala' and I just completely died silently in the middle of class because my friend was actually a trending color... lol. I just thought that was hilarious.)

To All My Women!
Why is it that when women get into their feelings it's such a big deal and we're called emotional and weak... but as soon as a guy gets into his feelings women huddle to them to comfort and nurture them? Why can't men do the same in return? Why does a women have to feel like she's giving 'the extra mile' just to prove her point? Men walk around like they rule the world and everything is supposed to go how they plan? What happened to 50/50? What happened to sharing thoughts and feelings no matter how much you feel humiliated or how much it hurts? Why cant us women be just as stubborn and dominate as men and stand up for our rights without being called crazy or possessive? Why does the man have to be so dominant and controlling and the woman have to stand in the back and just let it happen? Why cant we be different from the last and speak up and speak out?
Us women, we can. No matter the circumstance. Because we have minds that think just as well as men's and we have idea's. We have morals, we have goals, we have plans, we have opinions, and we have the right to express them. Don't be shy or scared... because time is limited and the dumbest thought was the one that was never shared. We are beautiful and Intelligent, remember that, never settle for less. WE ARE ALL QUEENS, no matter what anyone says! We have the same rights as men to speak our minds and dominate the world.

All Classic or All White?
All white from head-to-toe is a popular trend booming across the runways. This is a cute yet simple take on how I style all white for Fall/ Winter 2014. I decided to break the rules a little bit with this outfit look. I chose the black platforms to contrast against all the snowy white pieces in this set. This would also be the perfect Thanksgiving/ Christmas/ New Years look.

The Curve,
Unconsciously speeding down
What felt like an endless
road,
I caught myself passing along a
curve,
Not your average curve may I say,
But a quite dangerous and risky one,
And me... young and hopeless me,
approached this curve with no caution,
Or warning for what was about to happen,
As I sped down the empty road,

I proceeded to push 100mph on the gas,
Everything began to rush past me,
and then, for one mere second,
all my cares and worries began to vanish,
I felt free,

And that's when it hit me…
WHAM!
Right in the face,
like the chill on a December
morn,
a head-on collision,
and this collision was unlike any other,
let me explain,
awakening from the crash,
a glimpse of light slipped its way through my tightly sealed eyelids,
reminding me of the sun creeping over the horizon at dawn,
coming back to my senses,
or so I thought...
or so I thought...
I was sure of pain and sadness,
But instead, I felt a warm tingling sensation,
A feeling I haven’t felt in a while,
The pleasure from the crash became so tantalizing,
I didn’t even notice the fact that I was levitating off the ground,
There I was,
Gravitating in the now
motionless air,
Searching for clues to this emptiness I began to feel,
And there I saw a girl,
She had the same hair color as me,
And the same gap,
And the same curls,
She even had on the same outfit as me,
She looked so familiar,
But I couldn't quite wrap my finger around who she was,
My mind started racing uncontrollably,
Is this girl me?!
It couldn't be!

But before I could even feel a bit of sadness,
A figured approached,
It was a man,
There was no expression on his face,
But he seemed to be caught in daze,
staring at my now cold lifeless flesh,
He spoke but,
His words were silent,
And me, little ol' hopeless me,
Started drifting further off into the open air,
I reached out my faint fingers,
Hoping he would save me from,
What was beginning to happening,
It was a man,
There was no expression on his face,
But he seemed to be caught in daze,
staring at my now cold lifeless flesh,
He spoke but,
His words were silent,
And me, little ol' hopeless me,
Started drifting further off into the open air,
I reached out my faint fingers,
Hoping he would save me from,
What was beginning to happening,
But instead, he just stood there,
Frozen... caught in a daze,
His eyes,
So full of charm and grace,
And there, I saw my life,
I saw us,
I saw our family,
I saw our home,
I saw our rose garden
Where I'd sip wine until moonlight,
I heard our song,
I smelled his sweet aroma,
I felt his touch,
I looked inside his soul,
And there I saw it,
The most heart wrenching thing of all,
The curve,
Most don’t proceed with caution,
Most don’t care,
But most never felt such bliss,
Such joy and such pain,
But love as most know it,
Is the best contradictor of all,
And while I ascended into the clouds that have now filled my dying
mind,
the only words I could seem to mutter out of my cold and somewhat dry
lips,

Fall Makeup Trends
This fall I'm really into neutral and smokey eye makeup and dark lips and nails. Top all of that off with a bold lash and a splash of your favorite Fally perfume. Don't forget to keep your lips moisturized with your fav lip balm, mine preferable is Burt's Bee's Honey Lip Balm. #FTOTD The Golden Camel
#FallTrendsOfTheDay: Camel Coats, Red Lips, Turtlenecks, and Furs
Hey everyone! I'd like to share my Fall Trend of The Day with you. I chose to pair this camel coat with a tight fitting black turtleneck dress to give the outfit contrast. To go with the dress and the coat I chose golden sneakers and earrings to add a little pop of glam. To spice things up even more I added a red lip and a neutral multi-colored faux fur scarf. To top everything off I gave her a bun and a brief case to give the look that elegance. So, this was my glamorous Fall Trend of The Day let me know what you guys think about it.
