The Journey to a Healthier Lifestyle

I have started the process of quitting smoking cigarettes. I have been smoking cigarettes for about a year and a half (which is not that bad but still pretty harmful). I really want to quit smoking because it's not a good habit to pick up because they are stinky and disgusting. Smoking cigarettes can not only cause your teeth to yellow but as well as your furniture and walls. But the number one reason I dislike cigarettes the MOST is that they are very harmful and dangerous to not only the body but the mind and it affect your physical appearance as well.
